Pickup & Courier
We arrange delivery within Lusaka and courier services to other towns in Zambia through our local contact. All local delivery and courier charges are paid by the customer.
Delivery within Lusaka
Once your items are ready, our local contact will get in touch to coordinate delivery and confirm the fee before dispatch.
Please provide your correct delivery location and an active phone number when ordering. We do not currently have a physical pickup location.
Courier outside Lusaka
Our contact will coordinate courier arrangements for your town and confirm the cost, estimated transit time and collection details before dispatch.
Depending on the courier, you may need to collect your parcel from a depot or another agreed collection point. We’ll share tracking or collection references where available.
When will my items be ready?
Each product has its own estimated availability:

Zambia stock: normally ready for delivery arrangements within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

U.S. warehouse stock: normally ready for delivery arrangements in Zambia within an estimated 7–14 days after payment confirmation.
These estimates indicate when items should become available. Local delivery or courier transit time is additional. We’ll notify you if an item’s estimated availability changes.
